How to play Word Recall
Make Word Recall your next activity in the game library. Identify new and previously seen words before losing three lives. Keep the game area visible while you use its controls. Treat the first round as a chance to learn the controls. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move.
Included vocabulary and random repeats; a game, not a medical memory assessment.
A useful comparison
Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board. Notice the feedback after each input.
Your goal
Identify new and previously seen words before losing three lives. An attractive position is not enough unless the goal is met. Follow this game’s rules rather than another version’s.
Step by step
- Read each displayed word.
- Choose New word or Seen before.
- Remember words from this round only.
- Three mistakes end the round.
Controls
Click or tap one of the two answer buttons. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. Avoid pressing the same control repeatedly while a move is being processed.
A useful example
PLANT seen earlier in the same round requires Seen before. Focus on why the action is allowed, not only its outcome. Keep the controls nearby.
Watch out for this
A word from an earlier round does not count as seen now. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Before your first action, say what you are trying to achieve. Then compare the result with the goal.
